Desire

The next great test of the spiritual path is the transcendence of desire. This is the main precept of Buddhism. Many lightworkers are confused with this.

What we must transcend are our lower-self desires, for they are the mother of all negative ego qualities. All lower self desires should be transformed to higher desires. Many lightworkers mistakenly block desire, which is neither appropriate nor good.

We should have a desire to ascend, or a desire to achieve liberation, or to be of service. Even Melchizedek and all the Inner Plane Ascended Masters continue to strive for greater and greater levels of spiritual growth. Transform lower-self desire into desire for God-realization. This is the ticket to paradise!

Desire

The rain could turn to gold
and still your thirst would not be slaked.
Desire is unquenchable
Or it ends in tears, even in heaven.
He who wishes to awake
Consumes his desires joyfully.

Joy

The winner sows hatred
Because the loser suffers.
Let go of winning and losing
and find joy.
